Winemaker: Jim Sanders focuses on small-production, hand-crafted wines aged in top-tier French oak, primarily from the Francois Freres and Mercurey cooperages. He is co-owner and winemaker for Aubichon Cellars and select cuvees in the Willamette Valley, including the highly rated Le Cadeau Vineyard “Equinoxe” & “Merci.”
Starter: Individual plate of artisan cheeses
Salad: Fresh field greens with radishes, shaved cheese, local hazelnuts, and a light vinegrette dressing
Entrée: Option 1: Slow roasted lemon rosemary chicken breast served on a bed of fettucine noodles with a lemon cream sauce. Option 2: Dill and lemon salmon filet served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes (gluten free)
Vegetable Side: Moroccan carrots (gluten free)
Dessert: Option 1: Rum pana cota with a caramel sea salt topping (gluten free). Option 2: Portland Cream Ale sour cream chocolate cake with a Baily’s frosting
